* Prepare providers release 2026-10-20 Make the October 20 provider wave available for release-note review ahead of its final refresh and the remaining OpenLineage compatibility decision. * Refresh provider release notes for October 20 Include newly merged provider changes in release review before the wave is finalized. * Clarify provider upgrade guidance for Dataflow and query lineage Upgrade instructions must match the supported operator parameters and the lineage metadata emitted with released OpenLineage dependencies. * Correct provider release notes from review feedback * Release the Vespa Python dependency repair as 0.1.3 * Include the SMTP documentation fix in the provider release * Add OpenLineage 2.21.0 and refresh provider release notes * Prepare minor releases for native OpenLineage query emission
