Andrew Chang d189eac87c Cover YAML-generated Java Dags in the java_sdk e2e test (#74710) ...

The Dag processor runs a native Java Dag's JAR on every re-parse, and
the worker runs the same JAR for each task. So a JAR can build its Dags
from a file in the Dag bundle, and swapping only that file should change
the live Dags with no rebuild. The go_sdk e2e test covers this for Go,
but nothing covered it for Java.
