Hannes bc0d93ee2d docs: add Pi client configuration (#3364) ...

Adds a configuration section for the [Pi](https://pi.dev) coding agent
to
[docs/client-configurations.md](https://github.com/ChromeDevTools/chrome-devtools-mcp/blob/main/docs/client-configurations.md).
The section is in alphabetical order.

The section shows how to:

- Add the MCP server with `pi mcp add` and check the connection with `pi
mcp list`.
- Load the server in a running session with `/reload`.
- Copy the skill folders to `~/.pi/agent/skills/`.

I tested the commands with Pi 1.4.0. `pi mcp list` shows the server as
connected with 32 tools.
