Bernhard Jackiewicz d560706704 docs: describe CBM Lens Beta in the README with new recordings 
The UI section now describes the Lens that is on main: the six
workspaces, the Architecture views, Galaxy and the local chat. Three GIFs
and six stills of this repository at 4d9592b5 replace the old screenshot
and the large WebP recordings. Statements that no longer match the UI
are corrected or removed, and the test counts come from main.
