Martin VogelandFelix Rath f9f44b5869 fix(mem): vendor mimalloc 3.5.3 so free(NULL) before init is safe
With mimalloc 3.3.2's release build, free(NULL) before the allocator's
constructor dereferenced a page map that does not exist yet. glibc 2.44's
newlocale() does exactly that during libstdc++ start-up, so every Linux
binary died with SIGSEGV before main (reported with a reproduction in
#2562). Upstream fixed it in b2226c19 (mimalloc #1341), first released in
v3.4.4; v3.5.3, upstream's latest published release, contains it.

Vendored from microsoft/mimalloc tag v3.5.3 (tag object deac3dcf, commit
d4881d338125e1cb7c47ba4cfb398d6f7c0c8d45): LICENSE, include/ and src/,
written blob by blob from a bare clone. Before the local patches were
reapplied, the staged LICENSE blob and include/ and src/ trees had the
tag's exact object ids (50 files; src/arena-meta.c is gone upstream).
Afterwards the only differences are two documented hunks:

- src/prim/unix/prim.c: macOS always recommits on decommit, carried from
  63fb7b3d (the phys_footprint fix).
- src/prim/osx/alloc-override-zone.c: one comment reworded, because
  scripts/security-vendored.sh rejects the upstream "fork()" spelling
  even inside a comment. No code change.

The reproducible-banner patch (no __DATE__/__TIME__) is dropped: upstream
removed the build clock in v3.4.5 (mimalloc #1355). The two Makefile
comments that pointed at that patch now say so.

The production object is built with -DMI_PROFILE=0: mimalloc 3.5.2+
compiles its allocation-sampling profiler in by default, with a sample
countdown on the allocation path, and the product never uses it.

vendored/mimalloc/PATCHES.md records the pin, a re-verification recipe,
the check that pins each patch and the refresh procedure; THIRD_PARTY.md
points at it, the SBOM version is 3.5.3 and scripts/vendored-checksums.txt
is regenerated (mimalloc lines only; security-vendored.sh passes).

Measured on Apple M5 Pro (macOS 26.6), full indexes, 2 interleaved reps,
main fceb25d8 (3.3.2) -> this change: TypeScript peak phys_footprint
1.07/1.01 -> 1.04/1.04 GB, peak RSS 1.87/1.84 -> 1.85/1.86 GB, wall
30.6/29.1 -> 29.3/30.0 s; django footprint 0.41/0.41 -> 0.38/0.39 GB,
RSS 0.59/0.59 -> 0.58/0.60 GB, wall 6.5/6.2 -> 6.5/6.5 s. The graphs are
identical: full node and edge hashes, node and edge census, no dangling
edges (django 68022 nodes / 322464 edges, TypeScript 306239 / 835984).
The same tree without the recommit patch peaks at 2.09/2.04 GB footprint
on TypeScript, so 63fb7b3d still does its job. Linux arm64 (glibc 2.39,
gcc 13.3): both trees build without warnings; django peak RSS 0.67/0.68
GB on main, 0.69/0.68 GB with this change.

Martin Vogel 65a93fab40 fix(grammar): accept non-ASCII letters in Pascal identifiers (#2211)
Delphi code that calls 1C's OLE API through late-bound Variants uses
Cyrillic member names (v8_Base.<Cyrillic>.<Cyrillic>('1', Now),
NM.<Cyrillic>()). Every such name produced a tree-sitter ERROR node, so the
unit was reported as parse_partial and a procedure whose own name is
Cyrillic was dropped from the graph.

Root cause is upstream tree-sitter-pascal (Isopod, the pin we vendor):
its identifier token is ASCII-only, /[&]?[a-zA-Z_]+[0-9_a-zA-Z]*/, and
there is no other token a non-ASCII letter can lex as.

Fix: pascal becomes a self-maintained fork of the pin we already vendored
(Isopod/tree-sitter-pascal @ 042119eca2e1, v0.10.2 = upstream master),
following the arkts model. One patch
(tools/tree-sitter-pascal/patches/unicode-identifiers.patch) changes only
that token to /[&]?[\p{L}_][\p{L}\p{M}\p{Nd}_]*/. Keywords are still
extracted from this `word` token, so begin/end/procedure lex as before
(`begin` glued to Cyrillic letters is one identifier; `&begin` stays an
escaped identifier). Node types are unchanged. The \p{} classes compile
to numeric code-point ranges: the vendored parser.c has 0 non-ASCII bytes.
Regenerated with tree-sitter-cli 0.25.10 --abi 14 (ABI unchanged, no
external scanner; tree_sitter/parser.h is byte-identical to chialisp's).

Fidelity: the UNPATCHED grammar regenerated with 0.25.10 gives the same
symbol/token/field/production counts as upstream's shipped parser and
byte-identical parse trees on upstream's 88 corpus cases and its three
examples/*.pas (37,773 tree lines for codetoolmanager.pas); the patched
parser gives the same identical trees on all of those ASCII inputs and
passes all 88 corpus cases.

Proof (7 Pascal files: the report's snippet, a Cyrillic procedure with
keyword-boundary cases, an ASCII control, a broken unit, upstream's three
examples; fresh caches): parse_partial 3 -> 1 (only the genuinely broken
unit remains), nodes 581 -> 582 (the Cyrillic-named procedure), edges
1480 -> 1482 (+1 DEFINES, +1 SEMANTICALLY_RELATED); per-file function
counts for the ASCII files are unchanged.

Registered like arkts: MANIFEST.md fork row + note, audit FORKS map,
THIRD_PARTY.md, vendored checksums. LICENSE stays upstream's MIT,
byte-identical.

Tests: parse_coverage gains the report's snippet and a Cyrillic-named
procedure (not partial, definitions extracted), an ASCII control, and a
guard that broken Pascal is still flagged; the fork carries
test/corpus/unicode_identifiers.txt.

Martin Vogel c1da1924b2 doc-links(pdf): notices for the PDF tables; the Unicode table generator
The PDF text layer carries data tables (D3). Their sources and notices are
now in THIRD_PARTY.md (shipped in every archive through
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md) and in the SBOM:

  - the Adobe Glyph List subset (BSD-3-Clause, Copyright 2002-2019 Adobe),
  - the printable-ASCII advance widths of Helvetica and Times-Roman from
    Adobe's core-14 font metrics (the AFM files are not distributed),
  - the Unicode Character Database data of pdf_unicode.c (Unicode
    License v3, full text included).

scripts/gen-pdf-unicode.py (stdlib CPython only) regenerates
pdf_unicode.c byte for byte with CPython 3.14.6 (Unicode 16.0.0);
pdf_tables.c is maintained data from here on. License texts were taken
from their sources (adobe-type-tools/agl-aglfn, unicode.org).

Martin Vogel 1b79558975 fix(grammar): accept a lone '&' in JSX strings and text (#1736)
A plain '&' inside JSX -- a URL query in an attribute
(href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Inter&display=swap"),
or text such as <p>Tom & Jerry</p> -- produced a tree-sitter ERROR node
in .js, .jsx and .tsx files. The file was flagged parse_partial in the
coverage view, and the error recovery turned words from the URL
(create-next-app -> create/next/app) into identifiers that resolved to
unrelated symbols as false USAGE edges.

Root cause is upstream tree-sitter-javascript, which the tsx dialect
builds on: unescaped_{double,single}_jsx_string_fragment is
/([^"&]|&[^#A-Za-z])+/, so '&' is only accepted before a space/digit
or as a complete html_character_reference (&amp; / &#38;). jsx_text is
scanned by the external scanner, which stops at every '&', and nothing
in _jsx_child accepted a '&' that is not a reference. So '&' + letter in
a string, and any lone '&' in JSX text, had no valid token.

Fix: javascript and tsx become self-maintained forks of the pins we
already vendored (javascript @ 58404d8cf191; typescript tsx @
75b3874edb2d on its javascript base @ 3a837b6f3658), following the
arkts model. One patch (tools/tree-sitter-javascript/patches/
jsx-lone-ampersand.patch) is applied to both javascript bases:
- a one-character '&' token at lexical precedence -1, aliased to the
  existing string_fragment (in strings) and jsx_text (in text); the
  lower precedence keeps &amp; / &#38; lexing as html_character_reference
- the string-fragment regexes exclude a '&' directly before the closing
  quote, so "a&" no longer runs past the end of the string
Node types are unchanged (same type/named set). The external scanners
stay upstream bytes. Parsers regenerated with tree-sitter-cli 0.25.10
(ABI 15; tsx moves from ABI 14, and its tree_sitter/ headers now match
arkts). Without the patch both fork dirs regenerate upstream exactly.
The upstream corpus passes unchanged: javascript 116/116; tsx gives the
same results as unpatched upstream.

Proof on vercel/next.js examples/ (canary 725705bd, 1,722 js/jsx/tsx
files): parse_partial 92 -> 47 (tsx 33 -> 0, jsx 2 -> 0, js 12 -> 2; the
two left are Babel do-expressions and Flow types), no newly flagged
file, code-graph nodes 14,739 -> 14,739, edges 24,773 -> 24,657: the
115 USAGE edges removed were all false cross-example edges from URL
fragments, plus a 4 SIMILAR_TO / +3 SEMANTICALLY_RELATED reshuffle
from the corrected ASTs.

Registered like arkts: MANIFEST.md fork rows + notes (ABI tally
recounted), audit FORKS map, THIRD_PARTY.md, vendored checksums.
LICENSEs stay upstream's MIT byte-identical.

Tests: parse_coverage gains a .js/.jsx/.tsx matrix (double/single-quoted
attribute, '&' before the quote, '&' + letter/space/digit in text, plus
&amp;/&#38; controls) and a guard that broken JSX is still flagged.

Martin Vogelanddarkverbito 706bb2ce81 feat(lang): add Chialisp support with a first-party tree-sitter grammar
Chialisp (.clsp/.clib/.clinc) is the Chia smart-coin language. The only
public grammar, Quexington/tree-sitter-chialisp, cannot parse it: on the five
reference files from chia-blockchain@main it produced 3-34 ERROR nodes each.
Three defects account for all of them, and each desynchronised the rest of the
file rather than losing one node:

  * comments were `/;.*\r\n/` -- CRLF-only, while real files are LF;
  * `(include foo.clib)` was rejected because of the dot in the filename;
  * `(defconstant NAME <expr>)` accepted only a primitive after the name.

So the grammar is written here instead, in tools/tree-sitter-chialisp/, and
files as first-party: its vendored LICENSE is the project's own, byte-identical
to the repository root, carrying no third-party copyright.

It is deliberately GENERIC -- source_file / list / symbol / string / number /
hex / dot / comment, modelling the clvm_tools reader rather than the Chialisp
form vocabulary. `mod`, `defun`, `defconstant` and `include` are ordinary head
symbols; which lists are definitions is decided in extract_defs.c. A dialect
that adds a form (cl-21 -> cl-23 -> cl-26 each added several) therefore needs
no regenerated parser. Acceptance: all five reference files parse with zero
ERROR and zero MISSING nodes; the three defects above are pinned as tests.

Extraction, and the four decisions in it:

  * `Constant` is admitted to the cross-file name registry
    (cbm_label_is_registry_symbol). Chialisp's condition codes live as
    `(defconstant ...)` in a shared .clib and are referenced by name from every
    puzzle; labelled but unregistered they are seeded nowhere, and roughly half
    of a Chialisp graph would be present as nodes yet never the target of an
    edge. All three registry-seeding sites route through that one predicate, so
    they cannot diverge. No other language emits `Constant`, so the blast radius
    is exactly Chialisp. Pinned by a two-file graph test that goes red when the
    label is removed from the predicate.
  * `export` / `namespace` are NOT definition heads. `(export foo)` names a
    function already defined in the same file, so treating it as a def head
    mints a second node for one symbol. They stay in the not-a-call filter.
  * A parameter list is a `list` too, but it binds rather than invokes. Without
    that gate `(defun check_conditions (HEIGHTLOCK conditions) ...)` mints a
    phantom call to HEIGHTLOCK, and real Chialisp is mostly such definitions.
  * `(include *standard-cl-26*)` is a dialect directive, not a file dependency;
    recording it would invent a dependency on a file that does not exist.

Three helpers that the defs, calls and unified walks all need -- the quote-data
gate, comment-skipping named-child access, and the Chialisp def-head set -- live
in helpers.c rather than being copied per translation unit. They previously
existed as byte-identical duplicates that had already drifted: extract_defs.c
skipped comments when reading a def head while its mirror in extract_unified.c
did not, so a comment between a head and its name desynchronised defs from call
scope. Both now use the same accessor.

Ledger: 161 -> 162 grammars across the seven published surfaces, ABI-14 86 -> 87,
first-party 13 -> 14, CBM_LANG_COUNT 164 -> 165.

Distilled from PR #919 by darkverbito, whose extraction logic -- the CLVM
not-a-call vocabulary, the quoted-data gate, the filename-derived `mod` name and
the include/embed import handling -- is kept and is the substance of this change.
The grammar that PR vendored is not used.

Martin VogelandOğuz 97ecfe7fb0 feat(lang): add Oracle PL/SQL support (distilled from #1033)
Vendor AndreasMaierDe/tree-sitter-plsql @ 28aebef209be (MIT, ABI 14, no
external scanner) and wire CBM_LANG_PLSQL end to end:

- extraction onto existing labels only: package spec/body -> Class,
  procedure/function (create/definition/declaration) -> Function,
  file -> Module; callee extraction for ref_call incl. the
  package-qualified pkg.name form; identifier usage vocabulary with the
  upstream 'parameter' kind (a ref_call ARGUMENT wrapper) carved out of
  the whole-binding rule
- discover: .pks/.pkb/.pck/.pls/.plb/.plsql/.fnc/.trg/.bdy/.tps/.tpb
  (.sql stays SQL and .prc stays FORM, both asserted negatively)
- ledgers: CALL_WITHOUT_REFERENCE_VOCAB(PLSQL), call-node manifest
  ref_call row (historical total 219 -> 220), call-argument matrix B row
- tests: extraction triple (package body + package-qualified call,
  standalone function, honest negative pin of the upstream
  CREATE TYPE ... AS OBJECT ERROR-node limitation), grammar-regression
  case, label golden Class:1,Function:1,Module:1, MUST_EXTRACT_DEFS,
  extension mapping, bug-repro board battery row
- MANIFEST.md (community-niche verdict, local include-quote patch row),
  THIRD_PARTY.md section, refreshed vendored checksums

PL/SQL support was contributed by Oguz (@ouzsrcm) in #1033; re-vendored
from upstream per vendoring policy with his language wiring distilled on
top.

Martin Vogel 0df990aa60 Add ArkTS (.ets) language support via first-party tree-sitter-typescript fork
Routing .ets through the plain TypeScript grammar produced no definition
node for any @Component struct (0/19 across the OpenHarmony sample corpus),
parsed struct members as statement labels and build() as a call expression,
and registered ArkUI builtins (Column, Row, ListItem, ...) as user function
definitions with 28% fabricated cross-file CALLS edges. This adds a
dedicated ArkTS grammar that keeps everything TypeScript already handles
and models the ArkTS syntax TS cannot parse.

Grammar (tools/tree-sitter-arkts/, generated parser vendored to
internal/cbm/vendored/grammars/arkts/, ABI 15 via tree-sitter-cli 0.25.10):
first-party derivative of tree-sitter/tree-sitter-typescript v0.23.2
@ 75b3874edb2d (the commit our vendored typescript/tsx come from) on the
tree-sitter-javascript v0.23.1 base @ 3a837b6f3658 (the version upstream's
package-lock pins). LICENSE carries the upstream MIT text verbatim plus a
derivative notice; the external scanner is a symbol-rename trampoline over
a byte-identical copy of the already-vendored typescript scanner header.

ArkTS additions: decorated struct component declarations with class-shaped
bodies; UI-DSL trailing-closure component calls with attribute chains after
the closing brace; decorators on function declarations (@Builder,
@Extend(T), @Styles); @Extend/@Styles leading-dot attribute-chain bodies;
anonymous stateStyles style blocks; import lazy named imports.

Wiring: CBM_LANG_ARKTS enum + lang spec (struct_declaration as a class
kind labeled Struct, public_field_definition fields), .ets extension,
LANG_NAMES/userconfig entries, grammar shim, and TS-family joins across
the extractors and the name-resolution guards (parse_es_imports, JS
keywords/test-file/func-kind/scope tables, TS heritage/param/receiver/
namespace/type-ref/channel/usage paths, js_ts_family and the weak-method-
match suppression). Field definitions now also carry their decorators, so
@State/@Prop/@Link members are findable with their roles.

Tests: grammar corpus (35 cases), per-language regression + label golden +
import net + extension cases, seven ArkTS extraction tests including the
phantom-builtin regression (ArkUI builtins must never be definitions), and
capability-ledger / call-node-manifest / call-argument-matrix rows. On the
14-file OpenHarmony sample corpus the TS-grammar baseline had 12/14 files
with parse errors (231 ERROR nodes); the arkts grammar parses 14/14 clean,
and an end-to-end index yields all 19 components as Struct nodes, 68
methods, 119 fields, and zero phantom builtin definitions.

Martin Vogel 17f4f6d0a6 docs(third-party): keep the ObjectScript scanner deviation documented
Restoring THIRD_PARTY.md from before the UI externalization also dropped a note
that commit had added for an UNRELATED reason: two loop counters in the vendored
objectscript_common.h are widened from uint8_t to int.

That deviation is real, still present in the tree, and recorded in the grammar
MANIFEST. Dropping its THIRD_PARTY entry would have left a vendored-source
modification documented in only one of the two places the vendoring policy
requires -- collateral damage from a wholesale file restore, not an intended
part of this revert.

Martin Vogel d58afe562d revert(release): re-embed runtime assets into the single shipped binary
Externalizing the integration templates (#1492/#1493) and the UI bundle
(#1501/#1503) was done to reduce the Microsoft `Wacatac.B!ml` surface. It did
not work: across dry runs the flagged artifact count stayed at ~3 and the
detections merely moved between artifacts.

Dissection of run 31286803592 shows there is no structural cause to fix. The
verdicts split across every axis at once — linux-amd64 (dynamic) flagged while
linux-amd64-portable (static) is clean, but linux-arm64 (dynamic) clean while
linux-arm64-portable (static) is flagged. The two macOS binaries have identical
segment structure and split clean/flagged. Siblings from one build landed in
different variant buckets (.B vs .C). Entropy is low everywhere
(code_vectors.bin 4.166, grammar tables 3.464 bits/byte, against 7.5-8.0 for
packed payloads), so the packed-payload hypothesis is excluded too.

So the complexity bought nothing, and installation goes back to being
self-contained: one binary that carries its own UI and agent integration
templates, with no adjacent data file that has to resolve before `install`
works. Only the UI-capable composition ships from now on, under the historical
unsuffixed archive name.

Removed: src/ui/asset_pack.{c,h}, asset_pack_stub.c, asset_manifest_stub.c,
scripts/pack-ui-assets.mjs, src/cli/integration_assets.{c,h},
assets/cbm-integrations.json, scripts/gen-integrations-hash.sh, the
--verify-runtime-assets probe (nothing adjacent left to verify), and the
composition gates A6/A7 whose property is now deliberately inverted.

Restored: scripts/embed-frontend.sh, src/ui/embedded_{assets.h,stub.c}, the
compiled-in hook/adapter template bodies, and the embed/EMBED_OBJS build path.

Kept from the reverted commits, re-applied by hand where a wholesale file
restore would have dropped them:
  - cbm_module_path_utf8() in both self-path sites. GetModuleFileNameA renders
    through the ANSI code page and mangles non-ASCII install paths.
  - the /__cbm/ui-readiness HMAC proof, secure_random and cbm_hmac_sha256, so
    `daemon start --open` still waits for a genuine CBM listener.
  - X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff on served assets.
  - the MinGW noexecstack gate, -lbcrypt, and the cppcheck/zip CI fixes.

Archives are now codebase-memory-mcp-<os>-<arch>[-portable] with exactly four
members (binary, LICENSE, installer, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md). That restores the
names every static package manifest already points at — aur, chocolatey,
homebrew, scoop, winget and glama were all broken by the -ui- rename.

Thomas Dyar 4d6f2dd34a feat(objectscript): add InterSystems IRIS ObjectScript language support
Add ObjectScript (InterSystems IRIS / Caché) as a supported language,
covering the UDL class format (.cls), MAC/INT routines (.mac/.int/.rtn),
include/macro files (.inc), and IRIS Studio Export XML.

Definition extraction (extract_defs.c): Class, Method, ClassMethod,
Property, Parameter, Index, Trigger (with body text), XData, Storage,
and Query members as graph nodes; base classes from the Extends clause.

Call dispatch resolution (extract_calls.c) — four ObjectScript patterns
that are structurally invisible to text search:
  1. ##class(Pkg.Class).Method()    explicit cross-class call
  2. ..Method()                     relative-dot self-call (the dominant
                                    intra-class form; large impact on
                                    CALLS completeness)
  3. $$$Macro                       macro expansion via a per-project
                                    table built from .inc files
  4. type inference from %New/%OpenId + declared return types

Ensemble production topology (pass_ensemble_routing.c): EnsembleItem
nodes per production component and ROUTES_TO edges resolved from
ProductionDefinition XData, plus WorkMgr .Queue("##class(X).method")
dispatch — all parsed statically at index time, no live IRIS required.

Language detection (language.c): .mac/.int/.rtn map to ObjectScript
routine directly; .cls (shared with Apex) and .inc (shared with BitBake)
are disambiguated by content, defaulting to the existing language on any
doubt so neither Apex nor BitBake detection regresses.

The two new per-project tables (macros, return types) are threaded
through a new internal cbm_extract_file_ex() so the public
cbm_extract_file() signature is unchanged.

The tree-sitter grammars for ObjectScript UDL and routine are vendored
in internal/cbm/vendored/grammars/objectscript_{udl,routine}/ from
https://github.com/intersystems/tree-sitter-objectscript (MIT, ABI 15).

differs. Updates MANIFEST.md + THIRD_PARTY.md.

These files are dormant until #467 (the grammar shims + extraction) is rebased on
top; main's build is unaffected.

Refs #462, #467.

Martin Vogel 4451ca0800 Align every vendored grammar license byte-for-byte with its upstream
A byte-identity audit of all vendored license files against their
upstream repositories found 113 copies differing only by a missing
trailing newline (vendoring artifact) — replaced with the exact
upstream bytes. Five needed real corrections: fennel carried an
unfilled MIT template although its upstream is CC0-1.0 at the pinned
commit; ron now carries the repo's LICENSE-MIT (dual MIT/Apache
upstream); python, wit, and verilog were refreshed to current upstream
bytes. The manifest's first-party table was also corrected: six of the
twelve grammars are self-maintained forks whose retained upstream
licenses are now byte-verified (assembly's upstream has been deleted
from GitHub; the retained MIT copy is the surviving grant). The audit
tool is kept as scripts/audit-license-provenance.py for future sweeps.

Martin Vogel f714bf3de1 Extend the notices bundle to the UI dependencies and the Glama image
The with-ui archives now append the per-package license texts of the
frontend bundle's production dependency tree to THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md
(platform-specific native build tooling is listed but excluded — its
code never reaches the browser bundle). The Glama check image carries
LICENSE and the notices file alongside the binary. Also renames a
TypeScript LSP test to describe its generic ODM-interface fixture.

Martin Vogel 3ee9d5d112 Drop the nim grammar and refresh language counts
Removes the heaviest vendored grammar (66 MB) along with its language
wiring and test fixtures; the supported-language count moves to 158
across README, site, and manifest. The grammar manifest additionally
records the canonical-source decisions for the five
registry-disagreement grammars and the per-directory license files
restored earlier this week.

Martin Vogel 73f859a8e6 Add tree-sitter runtime LICENSE to common/tree_sitter
The alloc.h/array.h/parser.h headers in
internal/cbm/vendored/common/tree_sitter/ are part of the tree-sitter C
runtime (MIT, (c) 2018 Max Brunsfeld) but had no LICENSE file alongside
them. Copy the upstream MIT license into that directory and clarify in
THIRD_PARTY.md the split between the tree-sitter-html scanner helpers
(common/, (c) 2014) and the core runtime headers (common/tree_sitter/,
(c) 2018).

Martin Vogel d57bbe6a27 Complete vendored license coverage; rework THIRD_PARTY.md
Restore upstream LICENSE files for every vendored grammar and C library
across both vendored trees (19 grammar dirs, lz4, zstd, simplecpp,
verstable, wyhash, ts_runtime, common, mongoose, xxhash, yyjson; SQLite
public-domain notice). Add the nomic-embed-code Apache-2.0 license plus a
NOTICE describing the embedding derivation. First-party grammars carry
the project MIT license.

THIRD_PARTY.md now defers grammar provenance to the verified
MANIFEST.md instead of a stale hand-written table (which misattributed
clojure as EPL-1.0 — it is CC0-1.0), covers all vendored libraries, and
documents the Hybrid LSP reference servers and stdlib type-data
provenance (typeshed, Go stdlib introspection, hand-curated specs).

- Move BENCHMARK.md to docs/ to reduce root clutter
- Fix setup scripts: replace stale go build with scripts/build.sh
- THIRD_PARTY.md: replace Go module dependencies with vendored C
  libraries (sqlite3, mimalloc, mongoose, yyjson, xxhash, tre),
  fix CGo reference to static compilation

Martin Vogel 94a9a92f83 Add C-native pipeline with blocking clang-tidy, cppcheck, clang-format linting
Complete C implementation of the indexing pipeline (src/), parallel worker
pool, graph buffer with merge support, SQLite writer, and 1893-test suite.

Linter setup: zero warnings from clang-tidy (all checks enabled, no NOLINT
suppressions), cppcheck, and clang-format. All issues fixed at source —
proper headers for external linkage, GROW_ARRAY macro restructured to
eliminate type parameter, null-deref paths guarded, named intermediates
for suspicious-argument checks.
