Martin Vogel 9bb891b669 ci: move macOS runners to macos-15 and pin the deployment target to 14.0
GitHub retires the macos-14 runner image on 2026-11-02, and its brownouts
already cancel our macos-14 jobs. Move every macos-14 runner reference to
macos-15 (arm64): the release darwin-arm64 build, the unix-macos14 and
tsan-mac test legs, the smoke-mac PR leg (its two matrix.os guards move in
lockstep), the release smoke, both soak legs, the memwaste event lane, the
bug-repro board, the cache warmer and the all-platform smoke. Lane names
stay unchanged: select-lanes.sh, ci-ok and the lane contracts key on them,
never on the runner label.

Two broad legs already ran on macos-15 (_test.yml BROAD_UNIX, _smoke.yml
BROAD_UNIX) and smoke.yml listed both images, so the moved legs would have
duplicated them. Those duplicates are dropped; PR CI keeps exactly the
same legs.

Without an explicit minimum, clang stamps the binary with the SDK's
default (LC_BUILD_VERSION minos), so a release built on macos-15 would
refuse to start on macOS 14. Makefile.cbm now folds
-mmacosx-version-min=14.0 into CC/CXX next to ARCHFLAGS for Apple targets
(detected from the compiler's target, not the host), so it reaches every
compile and link, vendored objects included, on every build path.

Proof on macOS 26.6 / SDK 26.5: the production binary built from
origin/main reports minos 26.0; with this change it reports minos 14.0,
with zero warnings under -Werror, no weak imports and an identical
undefined-symbol set. The test runner (direct make, no env.sh) is minos
14.0 too; platform and daemon_ipc suites pass.

Martin Vogel bfab0df552 ci(board): discharge the bug-repro board to manual dispatch
The qa/** push trigger auto-ran the board from every qa branch, and the board
is structurally red on GitHub runners: its real-repo corpus tier hardcodes a
local path no runner can satisfy, so every auto-run failed on the skip gate
regardless of the code under test -- red that blocks nobody trains everyone
to ignore red. The board's primary venue is the local multi-leg CI, which can
hold the corpus; workflow_dispatch remains for cross-platform spot checks.

Scope: removes the push trigger only. The workflow was never a required check
(non-gating by its own declaration), so no gating change on any branch.

Martin Vogel fd412d0667 ci: raise heavy-job timeouts to 4h (ARM + ASan exceeds 60m)
The ubuntu-24.04-arm test leg (native ARM64 Linux running the full suite under
AddressSanitizer + the FastAPI incremental index) exceeds the 60-minute job
timeout and was killed, failing ci-ok even though the suite was on track to pass.
ARM + ASan is legitimately 2-3x slower than x86-64.

Raise the substantial compute jobs (test, build, bug-repro board, soak's short
legs, security/codeql, cross-platform smoke, fast-repro) to a generous 240-minute
(4h) cap so a slow-but-correct runner can't false-timeout. Trivial aggregator
jobs (5/10/15m: setup-matrix, ci-ok, dco, lint, license-gate, quick smokes) and
the intentional soak caps (300/320m) are unchanged.

Martin Vogel ed94b40707 ci: per-suite summary in repro runner + lane branches skip the full board
- repro_main.c: redefine RUN_SUITE to print '[SUITE] <name> P passed, F failed'
so board/fast-lane output is greppable for which suites still have reds.
- bug-repro.yml: exclude qa/fast-** / qa/soak-** / qa/smoke-** from the board
push trigger (those branches run only their dedicated lane workflow).

Martin Vogel 6e70a8b019 test(repro): scaffold cumulative bug-reproduction suite + cross-platform board
Stand up a separate, non-gating reproduce-first suite that holds one RED case
per open bug issue (the redness is the deliverable + the regression guard):

- tests/repro/ + repro_main.c -> `make test-repro` (its own runner with its own
main + counters; deliberately EXCLUDED from ALL_TEST_SRCS so the gating
`make test` / ci-ok required check stays green and PRs are not wedged)
- repro_extraction.c: first reproduction, #554 -- a C++ out-of-line method's
inner CALLS edge must attribute to the class-qualified Method QN, not the
Module; ties the call's enclosing_func_qn to the method definition's own
qualified_name so a class-qualifier drop (the live root cause) fails it
- scripts/repro.sh: build+run the board; a build/link failure fails the job,
while expected test redness is reported as the board state (job stays green)
- .github/workflows/bug-repro.yml: workflow_dispatch (platform filter) + qa/**
push; runs the board on linux x2 / macos x2 / windows so many bug vectors can
be reproduced on many platforms at once
