Martin Vogel 33ee32d348 fix(pipeline): the binding-cache and parse workers release what they cached per thread ...

Both drain workers ended without cbm_destroy_thread_parser, so the 24 KiB field-name cache of each worker thread was lost on every index, which a long-running server pays for. LeakSanitizer on Linux shows it across 29 suite runs; macOS has no LSan.
