Martin Vogel 3a2c7b3da6 test(complexity): grow the TypeScript narrowing fixture across functions ...

A narrowing covers its whole function, so the search for the one covering a receiver only gets long across functions narrowing the same name. The first fixture kept every narrowing in one function and stayed at 1.61 on the old scan, so it could not fail. Across functions the old scan reaches 3.65.
