Martin Vogel 3fcfd5f9bf fix(resolver): the HTTP default audit reads a flat file's top level in one pass ...

Fetching a child by index walks from the first child, so the audit was quadratic in the statement count, and it runs serially for every ECMAScript file. TypeScript's baselines held indexing that repository for over 28 minutes; it now takes 182 s. The C# reference-assembly fixture binds neither type now that the parse view keeps both namespaces.
