Martin Vogel af4f10c785 test(resolver): promote recovered gaps and correct fixtures after integration ...

Rows the integrated resolver now proves become required. Fixes: a Python class statement reads its bases where it stands, so a later sibling is no base; a Kotlin callable reference in an if branch stays a usage; cppcheck findings on the integrated tree, including the OO walkers keeping a stack address in the walk. Swift package entries now count the two membership facts.
