Martin Vogel 9c6cead06b test(complexity): pin each path made linear with a growth test on work counters ...

Each test measures a counter at n and 2n and asserts a ratio near 2, so no clock decides it. Each was run against the old scan and failed at a ratio of about 3 to 4. Equivalence tests pin the indexes to the answers of what they replaced: the syntax index to tree-sitter, name rows and the registry tail to a scan, the parse memo to a fresh parse.
