Anton Dziatkovskii c067c771b9 docs: Pages card says "and 9 more" so the list sums to 17 ...

The card headline already reads "17 MCP tools" but the body named
eight tools and then said "and 7 more" — 8 + 7 = 15, the old count.
TOOL_ANNOTATIONS[] in src/mcp/mcp.c has 17 entries, so the tail is 9.
