Martin Vogel faa0a2fcb2 Merge origin/main into fix/221-windows-cli-detection ...

Resolve the src/foundation/platform.h conflict by keeping both blocks:
main's settings environment resolver declarations and this branch's
cbm_env_dup declaration, which sit next to each other after
cbm_safe_getenv.
