A locked variable used by Docker Compose could not be changed, unlocked,
or deleted, so a lock by mistake had no fix in the UI. A locked value can
now be replaced without showing it. The lock is permanent in the UI, the
API, and MCP, and Lock asks for confirmation.

Unset the helper's build secret variables before Compose pulls or starts
services, so containers get the runtime .env values. Give build secrets
the raw stored value instead of the quoted .env form.

Scope resource permissions and related records to the owning team across
team switches, cloning, deployments, and resource operations.
Merge ClickHouse volume mounts, preserve anonymous data volumes on stop,
and require adopting current data before starting or restarting.
Fix file storage deletion checks and add regression coverage.
- refreshEnvs is now sent only to the environment variable list, and
rows no longer listen to it, so adding or removing variables cannot
queue an update for a removed row ("Snapshot missing"). Locking a row
refreshes that row directly; the compose editor gets its own event.
- saveCustomName() no longer saves a custom container name that another
application on the server already uses; it restores the stored value.
- Cancelling a GitHub runner uses the Coolify confirmation modal instead
of a native browser dialog.
- Delete Blade components, component classes, Livewire components and
views that nothing uses after the redesign.
- Delete tests that only compare Blade/CSS source text; keep the source
checks for authorization gates, stable wire:key values and escaping.
- Update stale tests to the current UI and behaviour.
- Update DESIGN.md to the current navigation and layout.
- Add a lesson: test behaviour, not source markup.

Reject names that are not portable identifiers before a deployment starts
and when Docker flags are built. Quote the full KEY=value assignment for
docker run -e flags, and declare generated Dockerfile ARGs as keys only.
Add secret manager integration links and API support, resolve referenced credentials in database startup commands, and improve environment variable handling and filtering.
