Trung Nguyen d0e52ec9d9 fix: replace removed github-copilot/gpt-4.1 with gpt-5.5
models.dev removed gpt-4.1 from the github-copilot provider. Update
examples/github-copilot.yaml to use gpt-5.5 (a currently-available
Copilot model) so the snapshot refresh in this PR doesn't break
TestParseExamples.

Fixes: TestParseExamples/../../examples/github-copilot.yaml

# GitHub Copilot requires a `Copilot-Integration-Id` header on every request
# to https://api.githubcopilot.com. docker-agent sends `copilot-developer-cli`
# automatically (it works with both OAuth tokens and Personal Access Tokens),
# but you can override it (or add any other custom header) via
# `provider_opts.http_headers`.
#
# Newer Copilot models (gpt-5, Codex, ...) are only served via the Responses
# API; docker-agent auto-selects the right endpoint per model, so no extra
# config is needed. You can still force it with `provider_opts.api_type`.
