Arnaud Héritier d11fbf1a91 chore(examples): bump stale model references to current-generation values
Bumps model IDs across examples/*.yaml (and the gopher.hcl sibling) to the
current-generation anchors: Claude Sonnet 5 / Opus 5 (with Sonnet 4.6 / Opus
4.8 kept where a key signals a cheaper/fallback tier), GPT-5.6-sol/-terra,
Gemini 3.8 Flash, Grok 4.5, Kimi K3, and Llama 4 Maverick on OpenRouter.

# Title Model Example
#
# This example demonstrates how a model can delegate session-title
# generation to another, cheaper/faster model via the `title_model` field.
#
# Session titles are short summaries generated from the first user message.
# There is no need to spend a heavyweight reasoning model on that: point the
# primary model's `title_model` at a small model and docker-agent will use it
# for the title-generation call only. Everything else still runs on the
# primary model. When `title_model` is omitted, title generation reuses the
# agent's own model.
