David Gageot ecde860688 fix(input): prevent canceled reads from leaking goroutines ...

Deliver the one-shot read result through a buffered channel so the reader
can finish even after the caller returns on cancellation. Preserve read
error behavior and cover both result paths with deterministic synctest
regressions.

Add CancellationSafeResultSend with typed context and channel matching,
regression fixtures, suppression tests, and contributor documentation.
