summy wuandClaude 283bd1b5cb fix(browser): reap child process to avoid zombie after opening URL ...

pkg/browser/browser.go called exec.CommandContext(...).Start() without ever
calling Wait(), so every browser/URL open left a permanent defunct child
process parented to docker-agent. Long-running sessions accumulated zombies
one per open (MCP OAuth handshake, TUI open-link, open_url tool).

Hold the *exec.Cmd in a variable and reap it asynchronously with a
background Wait(), mirroring the established pattern in pkg/board/app.go.

Fixes #3630
