David Gageot 3b9ed1fba7 feat: enhance commands with description, positional args, and shell execution ...

Add a new Command type that supports:
- Description field for human-readable command descriptions
- Instruction field for the actual command text
- Three YAML formats: simple string, list, and advanced object format
- Positional arguments ($1, $2, $0 for all args) in instructions
- Bang commands (!command) that execute shell and substitute output

The Command type provides backward compatibility with the existing
simple string format while enabling more powerful command definitions.

Changes:
- Add pkg/config/types/commands.go with Command struct and custom unmarshaling
- Enhance pkg/runtime/commands.go with argument substitution and shell execution
- Update type references across agent, runtime, app, and TUI packages
- Add ExpandCommands() to pkg/js/expand.go for JS template expansion
- Add comprehensive tests for all new functionality
