docs: remove experimental framing from cloud sandboxes (#26335)
## Summary Remove experimental badges and notices for the Cloud Sandboxes CLI, API, and SDK, including the API reference card and CLI release notes. Preserve the Docker Agentic Platform experimental status, the subscription requirement, and feature-specific experimental warnings. @netlify /ai/sandboxes/cloud/ Generated by Codex Signed-off-by: David Karlsson <35727626+dvdksn@users.noreply.github.com>

Use the Docker Sandboxes API to create cloud sandboxes, run commands, and
transfer files from your applications and automated workflows. You can also

manage related resources, including images, snapshots, volumes, and secrets.

Use browser sign-in when running an application interactively, or a personal

access token (PAT) for automation. The SDK obtains short-lived access tokens

and renews them as needed.

An application uses the Docker Sandboxes API to create sandboxes, connect to
them, and track their state. Choose the environment for your sandbox, then
learn how to work with its resources throughout their lifecycle.

Before retrying a failed request, check whether the service already started
the work. For example, a create request can succeed even if your application
loses the response. Retrying without checking can create a second sandbox.

Use the Docker Sandboxes SDK to create and manage cloud sandboxes from
JavaScript or TypeScript. The SDK includes methods for running commands,

transferring files, and waiting for a sandbox to start or stop.

Choose a compute size for each sandbox and keep your application's resource

usage within your account's quotas. Request rate limits also constrain how

quickly your application can send API requests.

Cloud sandboxes run AI agents on Docker-managed infrastructure instead of your

local machine. Use them when you need an isolated environment that doesn't

depend on the compute resources or virtualization support of your host.
