Move repository credential setup and a complete build-and-push workflow into the GitHub Actions manual. Skip registry sign-in and publishing for pull requests, and link to specialist examples for testing, metadata, attestations, and multi-platform builds. Remove the standalone guide and redirect `/guides/gha/` to the manual, preserving existing aliases. Validation: scoped rumdl and Vale checks, Hugo build, and rendered workflow YAML, internal links, navigation, catalog removal, and redirects. GitHub Actions execution was not tested. Some retired heading fragments have no destination equivalent; three setup headings retain compatible IDs.
