Alexa KristensenandCursor d1df783c05 desktop: clarify sign-in enforcement uses org namespace (#26519 )

## Summary

Admins configuring Docker Desktop sign-in enforcement were entering
organization display names in `allowedOrgs`, `ALLOWEDORG`, and
`--allowed-org`. After a successful sign-in, Desktop signed users out
with a membership error that echoed the wrong value.

These docs now state that the configured value must be the organization
namespace, link to Names versus namespaces, and call out the post-auth
sign-out symptom in troubleshooting. Installer flag pages and the
accounts FAQ are aligned.
