## Description This PR adds initial support for publishing `DataBuildToolJob` items and validates the end-to-end workflow through deployment and test execution. It includes: - New `DataBuildToolJob` item-type wiring in constants, publish ordering, and publisher mapping. - A dedicated `DataBuildToolJob` publisher implementation. - Sample DBT job artifacts and documentation updates. - Test updates for DBT publish behavior. - A small HTTP tracer robustness fix (`json.dumps(..., default=str)`) to prevent test failures when mocked response payloads include non-JSON-native objects. Validation performed: - Deployed and unpublished against a real Fabric workspace using `AzureCliCredential` (`az login`) via `devtools/debug_local.py`. - Verified DBT job deployment from the provided repository path. - Verified parameterization using `parameter.yml` `find_replace` mappings across environment values (GUIDs and warehouse endpoint hostname). - Ran full test suite with `uv run pytest` and confirmed green (`879 passed`). ## Linked Issue (REQUIRED) **Closes #864** --------- Co-authored-by: shirasassoon <66449905+shirasassoon@users.noreply.github.com>
