The merged rework still reported 2.0.0 — the same version as the pre-rework tree now tagged v2.0.0. Bumped to 3.0.0 and cut the [Unreleased] changelog section into a dated release. Major rather than minor because the rework removes user-facing paths that the old README documented: install.sh, install.py, requirements.txt, update.sh and the git-pull self-update are gone, and the flat top-level layout moved to src/hackingtool/ behind a console entry point. Anyone following the old install flow is broken by this, which is what a major bump is for. Each removal is listed under a new "Removed — breaking" section and was verified against `git diff --diff-filter=D v2.0.0 master`. Version is single-sourced from constants.VERSION (pyproject reads it dynamically); the issue-template example was updated to match.
