* Add Azure Backup AFS container register and protectableitem inquire Adds two RSV Azure File share workflow tools and enhances protectableitem list: - azurebackup container register: register a storage account as an AFS backup container (idempotent, optional management lock) - azurebackup protectableitem inquire: trigger discovery of file shares on a registered container (by container name or storage account) - protectableitem list: document the register -> inquire -> list AFS workflow and AzureFileShare filter Includes unit tests, docs (azmcp-commands, consolidated-tools, e2eTestPrompts), and changelog entry. * Address PR review: fix AFS filter routing, container FriendlyName, model file split, consolidated metadata - ListProtectableItems: route AzureFileShare workload-type to AzureStorage backup management type via new testable BuildProtectableItemFilter helper (register -> inquire -> list now returns file shares) - RegisterContainer: set StorageContainer.FriendlyName to the storage account name (required by the register REST payload) - Move RegisteredContainerInfo into its own file (one type per file) - consolidated-tools.json: move azurebackup_container_register to refresh_azure_backup_containers so mapped metadata matches (non-destructive, idempotent) - Add RsvBackupOperationsProtectableItemFilterTests regression coverage * test(azurebackup): add recorded live tests for AFS container register, protectableitem inquire/list Adds three recorded integration tests covering the new AzureFileShare tools (azurebackup_container_register, azurebackup_protectableitem_inquire, azurebackup_protectableitem_list with workload-type=AzureFileShare). Resource names derived from Settings.ResourceBaseName for Playback compatibility. Updates assets.json tag to the newly pushed recordings. * test(azurebackup): update assets tag to 057c6c809a (main baseline + register/inquire recordings after merge)
