perf(linter/typescript/no-wrapper-object-types): index references (#28359)
Look up six wrapper names once per TypeScript file, preserving shadowing, type contexts, and heritage fix restrictions. Replace 13,199 fixture callbacks with four file callbacks plus matching-reference iteration. --- Stack created with <a href="https://github.com/github/gh-stack">GitHub Stacks CLI</a> • <a href="https://gh.io/stacks-feedback">Give Feedback 💬</a> Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
