camc314 28442f7246 fix(oxlint): prevent --init from overwriting existing configs (#28754) ...

`oxlint --init` now exits with an error if any supported config filename already exists in the current directory, preserving existing configs and avoiding conflicting ones. Exclusive file creation also prevents overwrites if `.oxlintrc.json` appears after the check.
