- Before: Oxfmt directly calls `oxc-toml` - After: Oxfmt calls `oxc_formatter_toml` as like others - `oxc_formatter_toml` is wrapper for `oxc-toml` but aligned behavior with other formatters - Also embedded TOML (frontmatter, toml-in-markdown) are now formatted - Formatting logic still lives in `oxc-toml` side, not yet ported And by bumping `oxc-toml`, TOML 1.1 syntax is supported.
