Dunqing bc152ac05c chore(coverage): remove stale runtime timeout from snapshot (#28715 )

The runtime snapshot still records a transformer timeout for async-private-gen-meth-static-ary-ptrn-elem-id-init-fn-name-arrow.js, which now passes. Regenerate the snapshot, increasing the passing count from 17,314 to 17,315 of 18,277.

Verified with cargo coverage runtime, which reproduced the monitor-oxc CI diff exactly, and an isolated run of the affected test.

AI assistance was used to prepare and verify this update.

Coverage tests

Tools are tested against test262, babel and TypeScript for conformance.

Clone the test repositories beforehand:
