> Splits the previously shared `no-negated-condition` implementation into distinct `eslint/no-negated-condition` and `unicorn/no-negated-condition` rules while reusing a shared implementation module, and removes the now-unneeded unicorn↔eslint aliasing in config and rule-status tooling.

Question: Should we support `unicorn/no-named-default`? Because it is marked as not supported because it is already implemented in `import/no-named-default`.
