Nick Craig-Wood e236d983a6 serve s3: fix tests leaving multipart uploads open on Windows ...

newPutTestBackend returned a second backend rather than the server's
own, so the server's Shutdown never aborted the multipart uploads made
through it. Their temporary files were left open, which stopped the
test's temporary directory being removed on Windows:

    TempDir RemoveAll cleanup: unlinkat ...\test-37: The directory is not empty.
