Dirk Petersen 11b681a1f0 lib/transform: fix flaky date test at the end of a minute ...

TestVarious computed the expected date when it built the test table and
the transformed name later. When a minute ended between the two, the
macfriendlytime case failed, for example 0243PM against 0244PM.

The date cases are now in TestDate, which reads the clock before and
after the call to Path and accepts either date.
