style(cli): clang-format the uninstall --dir target resolution

Browse Source 
Ran the format gate before adding --dir rather than after, so the ternary
landed unformatted and lint/lint went red. Reformatted with the pinned Homebrew
LLVM clang-format; the diff is confined to that block and cli.c still compiles.
