docs: README screenshot shows CodeAtlasWeb

The Atlas screenshot the README embeds still showed the previous
frontend. This is CodeAtlasWeb from a clean-tree embedded build: the
explorer, the Monaco reader on the sample fixture, the twin, the galaxy
and the menu row with the [p]rojects entry.
