docs(readme): point the main CI badge at the release workflow

The badge tracked dry-run.yml, which runs only when dispatched; its last
runs on main were cancelled or failed during the v0.12.0 preparation, so it
read "failing" although main passed the full matrix in the v0.12.0 release
run. release.yml runs the same full matrix on main for every release.
