Update the environment file guide to explain that interactive `sbx env exec` can offer to create a missing sandbox through the normal plan approval and creation process. Clarify when lifecycle commands run and why automation must create the sandbox first. Validation: scoped Markdown and Vale checks passed with no findings. Runtime examples were not run because `sbx` was unavailable.
