### What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: None

Related PR: None

Problem Summary: The README contained a long, stale copy of product,
architecture, feature, and ecosystem descriptions that duplicated the
Apache Doris website. This update turns the README into a concise
project entry point, links feature and use-case details back to the
website, and adds architecture and ecosystem images so the page is
easier to scan. The ecosystem image currently uses the planned website
placeholder path until the website exports the HomeNext ecosystem
overview as a static asset.
