refactor(lexer): remove defunct #![allow] attrs from lanes.rs (#28776)

Pure refactor.

`lanes` is a submodule of `pipeline`, and `pipeline/mod.rs` has the same `#![allow]` attributes, which apply to all its submodules. So the ones in `lanes.rs` have no effect. Remove them.
