docs: refresh individual account docs (#26384)

## Summary

Refresh the Accounts and Individual account pages so signup, manage, and
deactivate flows use task-oriented headings, UI-matched steps, and
agent-relevant facts (permanent Docker ID, Work/Personal signup,
connect-provider email match). Replaces tabbed create-account content
and stub manage-account sections that flattened poorly in markdown.

A Docker account is how Docker identifies you. Use it to access products like

## Create and verify your account
Signing up with an email address, Google, or GitHub requires verification
before you can sign in:
Every sign-up path requires verification before you can sign in. Docker
blocks sign-in until you've verified your account.
- If you sign up with Google or GitHub, verify your email address with that
provider first.
- If you sign up with an email address, Docker sends a one-time password
(OTP). Enter the code from the Docker email on the OTP page.
### Email

### Google or GitHub
Create an account with Google or GitHub. Docker uses the email on that

Learn how to deactivate an individual Docker account, including the
prerequisites required for deactivation.
For information on deactivating an organization, see
[Deactivate an organization](/manuals/accounts/organization/manage/deactivate-account.md).
When you deactivate an individual Docker account, Docker removes all of
your public and private repositories. All Docker products and services
that use your Docker account are inaccessible after deactivation.

## Prerequisites
## Before you deactivate
Before deactivating your Docker account, complete the following
requirements:
- If you are an organization or company owner, you must leave your
organization or company before deactivating your Docker account:
1. Sign in to [Docker Home](https://app.docker.com/admin) and choose your
organization.
1. Select **Members** and find your username.
1. Select the **Actions** menu and then select **Leave organization**.
- If you are the sole owner of an organization, you must assign the owner
role to another member of the organization and then remove yourself from
the organization, or deactivate the organization. Similarly, if you are
the sole owner of a company, either add someone else as a company owner
and then remove yourself, or deactivate the company.
- If you are an organization or company owner, you must [leave your
organization or
company](/manuals/accounts/organization/setup/convert-account.md#leave-an-existing-organization)
before deactivating your Docker account.
- If you have an active Docker subscription,
[downgrade it to a Docker Personal
subscription](/manuals/subscription-billing/plans/docker.md#cancel-a-docker-plan).
- Download any images and tags you want to keep. Use
`docker pull -a <image>` to pull all tags, or `docker pull <image>:<tag>`
to pull a specific tag.
This includes paid Docker Scout and Docker Build Cloud plans.
- Pull any images and tags you want to keep.

it. See

To add or update your avatar using Gravatar:
1. Create a [Gravatar account](https://gravatar.com/).
1. Create your avatar.
1. Add your Gravatar email to your Docker account settings.
It may take some time for your avatar to update in Docker.

## Update email address
To update your email address:
A Docker account has one verified email address. If your account uses
single sign-on (SSO) or System for Cross-domain Identity Management
(SCIM) provisioning, contact your administrator to change your email.
1. Sign in to your [Docker account](https://app.docker.com/login).

1. Paste the verification code to complete updating your email.
Your verification session expires after 15 minutes.

## Change your password
Initiate your password reset through email:
If your account uses single sign-on (SSO), contact your administrator to
change your password.
1. Sign in to your [Docker account](https://app.docker.com/login).
1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner and select **Account settings**.

## Manage two-factor authentication
Docker emails you instructions to reset your password.
To update your two-factor authentication (2FA) settings:
1. Sign in to your [Docker account](https://app.docker.com/login).
1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner and select **Account settings**.
1. Select **2FA**.
For more information, see
[Enable two-factor authentication](/manuals/security/authentication/2fa/manage.md).
## Manage personal access tokens
To manage personal access tokens:
1. Sign in to your [Docker account](https://app.docker.com/login).
1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner and select **Account settings**.
1. Select **Personal access tokens**.

and
[update your two-factor authentication](/manuals/security/authentication/2fa/manage.md#disable-two-factor-authentication).
## Manage connected accounts
If you signed up with Google or GitHub, that provider appears under
**Connected accounts**. Disconnecting it removes the OAuth connection. It
doesn't change your Docker ID, and it doesn't let you add a different sign-in
method. You can't connect both Google and GitHub to the same account.
Google or GitHub appears under **Connected accounts** after you connect
that provider. There is no connect button on this page. You connect by
signing in with the provider.
To disconnect a connected account:
### Connect provider
1. Sign in to your [Docker account](https://app.docker.com/login).
1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner and select **Account settings**.
> [!IMPORTANT]
>
> If the Google or GitHub email does not match your Docker account email,
> Docker starts a new sign-up and creates a second account instead of
> linking the provider.
Sign in with Google or GitHub using the same email as your Docker account
to add that provider as a sign-in method.
1. Sign out of Docker if you are already signed in.
1. Go to the [Docker sign-in page](https://app.docker.com/login).
1. Select **Continue with Google** or **Continue with GitHub**.
1. Choose a Google or GitHub account that uses the same email address as
your Docker account, then finish the provider sign-in.
Docker links the provider to your account and emails you a confirmation.
The provider then appears in **Connected accounts** under **Account
settings**.
### Disconnect provider
Remove Google or GitHub as a sign-in method from **Connected accounts**.
Your Docker ID stays the same.
1. Sign in to [Docker Home](https://app.docker.com/login).
1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner and select
**Account settings**.
1. Select **Connected accounts**.
1. Select **Disconnect** on your connected account.

To fully unlink your Docker account, you must also unlink Docker from Google
or GitHub. See Google or GitHub's documentation for more information:
